My goal is to show you how you could make residual money by partnering with me.

I own PI Network, which offers a suite of staffing related services. With my current business model, I offer people 20% commission for referring business to me. This is how I meet a lot of my clients.

I’m always looking for hiring companies to use one or more of my services. If you know a company well, and you believe they could use one of my staffing services, you could send an email introduction to get me in touch with a decision maker at that company.

This simple introduction would count as a referral, and would qualify you to earn 20% commission on any revenue I generate from this company.

And that would be all you’d have to do, as you won’t need to be involved in the rest of the process. Keep in mind that the commission is residual, and could pay out as often as every month.

If it sounds like a good deal, that’s because it is! I believe everyone has opportunities to monetize their valuable relationships, but most people don’t monetize the opportunities they come across. By working with me, I can help you identify the right companies and the right timing to make the introduction.

Q: How soon/often would I get paid?

A: You'd get paid as soon as we receive payments from the clients you referred. There is no wait period. A client that hires from us often, would pay out more often.

Q: How much is 20% worth?

A: That depends on each of the services we offer. For example: If, through our direct hire services, we place an HR Manager who is offered a salary of $100,000 a year, and our fee is 22%. Our fee will work out to be $22,000. Your 20% commission from the $22,000 is $4,400. Multiply this by multiple hires over a 5 year period, and that could be a lot of money.

If clients use one of our other services, the calculation would be similar, and slightly different in some cases. A client that signs up for a month-t0-month subscription or uses temps regularly would pay out monthly.

Our least expensive service is $80 for a job posting. 20% of that is $16.

Q: What happens if the company I referred doesn't use your service?

A: Some companies will take longer to begin using our services than others. As long as your efforts lead to a contract and terms agreement, you'll get credit for referring that company for the following 5 years.

Q: Does it count if I just tell you the name of the company and/or the name of the hiring manager?

A: No, that alone does not count as a referral. You'd have to personally get me in touch with a decision maker for it to count as a referral.

Q. Will I have to pay taxes on the payments I receive from PI Network?

A: Yes, you would. I will send you a 1099 form. You would be treated like an independent contractor.
