Because you are in sales, you must have relationships with a lot individuals and companies. Many of these companies will likely have a need to hire and are looking for talents. You could make tens of thousands of dollars a year by simply referring these companies to me.
PI Network offers a suite of staffing related services to various industries. With my current business model, I offer individuals 20% commission for referring business to me.
The key to my offer is that it lasts for as long as I continue to work with the company you referred. As you know, most commissioned jobs are just that, jobs. You don't get to take the commission with you when you go from one employer to another. When you refer a company to me, it doesn't matter what you do with your career: you could change employers, change industries, or even move to another country - I will continue to honor the agreement between us.
All it takes from you is an email, phone call, or LinkedIn message to get me in the door with a company. I will pay you the 20% for as long as I continue to bill your referral. You are not required to follow up with, or manage the client.
If it sounds like a good deal, that’s because it is! I believe everyone has opportunities to monetize their valuable relationships, but most people don’t know how. By working with me, I can help you identify the right companies and the right timing to make the introduction.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How soon/often would I get paid?
A: You'd get paid as soon as we receive payments from the clients you referred. There is no wait period. A client that hires from us often, would pay out often.
Q: How much is 20% worth?
A: That depends on each of the services we offer. For example: If, through our direct hire services, we place an HR Manager who is offered a salary of $100,000 a year, and our fee is 22%. Our fee will work out to be $22,000. Your 20% commission from the $22,000 is $4,400. Multiply this by several hires a year, and that could be a lot of money.
If clients use one of our other services, the calculation would be similar, and slightly different in some cases. Accounts that have temps in high volume are most lucrative, as they pay out thousands every month.
Q: What happens if the company I referred doesn't use your service?
A: Some companies will take longer to begin using our services than others. As long as your efforts lead to a contract and terms agreement, you'll get credit for referring that company as soon as we do business with them.
Q: Does it count if I just tell you the name of the company and/or the name of the hiring manager?
A: No, that alone does not count as a referral. You'll have to personally get me in touch with a decision maker for it to count as a referral.
Q. Will I have to pay taxes on the payments I receive from PI Network?
A: Yes, you would. I will send you a W9 to fill out at first, then a 1099 form for tax season. You would pay taxes like an independent contractor.
